Costs
•Basic monthly fee - $0 to $25 - Very good if under $10*
•Account set up fee - $0* to $30 - one time
•Internet online use - This is the sneaky item that you have to search very hard to find that is the total number of hours you are allowed online each month. They will hide that total number of hours you are allowed. It might be as little as 150 hours a month plus $Z monthly over the Y hours allowed to unlimited (24/7)*. They want to confuse you with the phase "UNLIMITED INTERNET ACCESS" which not the same as "ONLINE USE".
•Email addresses included in monthly fee - 1 to 3*
•Maximum file size of text and attachments that can be sent out with one email. This is the sneaky item that you have to search very hard to find and ask about and can as low as 20K. You should have at least 100K. 1 Meg or more would be best.
•FTP account - $0* to $X - monthly
•Newsgroups - $0* to to $Y - monthly
•Domain name transfer and setup - $V - one time
•Domain name - $5* to $25 - annual fee
•Internet traffic access fee - over D amount - my ISP monthly limit is 500 MB a month. This fee applies when there is heavy use by you downloading things from the Internet or people visiting your website and downloading.
•Technical Support - $0* to $E - monthly

•They make or help you make a small free web site for you*
•Friendliness and efficiency on the phone*

Dependable connection to the Internet
Log on anytime without problems
Never knocked off at any time for any reason
The speed does not drop below 40K
